Objective: In this position you will be responsible for administrative support their yearly audit which includes uploading and scanning reports into their company-wide database.
Admin Support Responsibilities:
- Uploading documents into company database
- Assisting with company-wide audits
- Provide administrative support as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Admin Support Minimum Requirements:
- High School Degree required
- Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25lbs, prolonged sitting and standing
- Vision 20/20
- Exposure to allergens
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
